Collections have been a big part of Mafia Wars and remain so in the Italy expansion. Collections provide stat improvements and boosts that prove invaluable when playing the game.

Here is a quick list of the collections found in Mafia Wars Italy along with the vault bonus provided.

The collections in Mafia Wars Italy lack the re-vaulting ability of collections in previous expansions but the bonuses that they give are well worth it.

New Robbing Collections

New Robbing Collections

With the implementation of the new and improved robbing feature Zynga has added two collections. The items that comprise the collections may only be found when robbing other players and from what I understand you must complete the grid that you are given when you choose the Fight Tab and Robbing.

The collection items do not drop when you rob someone from their Profile Page, ensuring that the collection items cannot be found by simply attacking your whipping boy over and over.

The Beta of Mafia Wars Bangkok started last week and as I promised I am going to bring you as much information as I possibly can. Many blog readers have asked about the collections that will be available in Bangkok and I am happy to report that I indeed have some info on them for you.

Money Laundering Collection in Mafia Wars

Money Laundering is a new feature in Mafia Wars that is in beta. What this means is that not everyone will have access to the feature. If you are one of the lucky ones that does then you have access to the following.

The reward for vaulting this collection is a reduction in bank deposit fees from the normal 10% to a modest 7%.

Those who have access to Money Laundering have a random chance of hitting the “mother lode” when doing jobs and get extra cash. Once you hit the mother lode you will need friends to help you launder the money.

Ask your friends to help you launder the money by publishing to your wall. Once you get enough friends to help you out you will have access to the bonus pay for the job. When you publish your feed and ask your friends to help out they can get a random item from the money laundering vault simply by clicking and helping.

Moscow Episode 1 – 4 Collections Guide

When Zynga delivered Mafia Wars Moscow to us not so long ago along with it came the inevitable collections. Collections are nice in that they give bonuses to a number of stats that help increase the enjoyment of the game. More energy, stamina, attack, and Defense is always a good thing.

Not long ago the concept of “re-vaulting” was introduced as well. Re-vaulting enables players to have a use to the mountain of collections items that are amassed simply by playing the game. Instead of sitting on 500 or more ace of clubs they can now be used to give one time use bonuses.

Moscow provides some interesting collections for players to gather and use including prison tattoos, matryoshka dolls, Russian leader medals, and vodka drinks. Take a look at the collections below and you will be up to speed on the Moscow offering as it stands at this time.

Mafia Wars Collections – How To Get Them And What They Do

Mafia Wars collections are a great way of grabbing some extra bonuses that you can use to work over the competition. To start collecting all you have to do is work the jobs on each tier. The rewards are tied to a specific tier and cannot be found anywhere else. For example the items in the Street Thug tier will not drop in Cuba.

It is also much much easier to get all the collections if you have a large mafia. As if you have 5000 friends you’ll often complete your wishlist within seconds of sharing it. For more info on getting a top mafia check out our mafia wars add me guide

Mafia Wars collections are a great way to give your character permanent ability boosts and they can be shared between mafia members. If you complete a collection start handing out the extras to your mafia members and they will return the favor.
