im not saying spend $100 on this game all at once but $10 every now and again is a good plan

the higher level you are the higher the level of another player attacking you is since you generally attack and are attacked by players of the same level so if you are a level 100 player and have used points won from leveling you will be much weaker than another level 100 player that has bought his skill points since you can buy them in large quantities

also every level only gives you 5 points as well as the points awarded by completing a job you master jobs three times so you get an extra 21 to 28 points

where as you can spend $100 on skill points and get 28 points and still have a few reward points left and then you still get the chance to level up

by doing this at any given time you can acquire almost twice the skill points

yeah while leveling up gives you 5 points you have to take this into consideration

An energy level refill is better than 4 skill points. A refill gets me to a higher level and 5 skill points, thats is obviously better than 4 skill points.

I disagree that buying the 4 skill points is better than buying a energy level refill. If I level up normally and then spend all my energy, then buy an energy level refill, I immediately can level up again and gain 5 skill points. So, is it not better to move up a level and get 5 skill points than simply get 4 skill points?

I have 400 mafia. I read that I than need 400 weapons for my crew. Do I need 400 for Ny, 400 different weapons from Cuba, and so on? Also, do duplicate special loot items matter or are they just duplicates in the sense that only the first item counts? Thanks in advance for any help and insight.
